Shipping

Within Canada, orders of $75 or more enjoy free standard shipping via Canada Post, and most often arrive within 5-12 business days from receipt of purchase. All other orders receive a $15 flat rate shipping fee. Tracking numbers are provided in a shipping confirmation email once the shipment is processed.

Orders to USA are shipped via Canada Post and typically arrive 5-12 business days from receipt of purchase. Currently there are no tracking numbers with these shipments.

International orders require a confirmation email to be sent to contact@wildfireself-care.ca, and an invoice including shipping costs will be sent before items can be shipped. Shipments will be sent via Small Packet International Air and have no tracking number associated with them.

Returns + Exchanges

If you’d like to return or exchange a phone or online order, please send us a message to obtain a return authorization, and receive further instructions.  Returned items need to be 90% intact and returned in their original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip. You can return items up to 30 days after the date we shipped your order. Shipping charges are not usually refundable. Returns usually take up to 7 days to process after they have reached us.
